As the soccer season for 2025 draws near, a wave of excitement is sweeping through both the players and coaching staff. One of the senior players Eddy Ortiz said, “A lot of surprises are to be expected due to some doubt from fans that we won’t make it to state. We will surprise them and show them the amount of work we have put in the past few months and show them we have quality players and will win a lot of games.”
Coach Stanley and Assistant Coach Pedro are eagerly preparing for what promises to be an intense yet rewarding journey ahead. They’ve been putting in countless hours to get the team ready, focusing on physical fitness as well as tactical skills so that everyone can hit the ground running when game day arrives.
Coach Stanley has crafted a thoughtful training plan filled with daily drills, strength workouts, and practice scrimmages designed to mimic real-game scenarios. He understands that it’s not just about honing technical skills; he also emphasizes building mental resilience and fostering teamwork among his players. Meanwhile, Coach Pedro stands by his side meticulously attending to every detail while helping each player refine their techniques and positioning on the field. Together they’re creating an environment where growth happens both individually and collectively true testament to their dedication!
On the junior varsity side, Coach Ryan Stanley is just as passionate about his role. He’s dedicated to nurturing young talent and getting them ready for the challenges that come with playing at the varsity level. His training sessions focus on building a solid foundation in the fundamentals of soccer.
The coaching staff overall feels optimistic about what lies ahead this season. They have high expectations for their players’ performance and believe that all their hard work will pay off when it counts most on game day.
